As the number of COVID-19 confirmed patients is approaching 100,000 worldwide, SolGent, specialized in molecular diagnostics is also on alert. 2 products of SolGent received emergency use from Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on 27th and obtained European Certification on 28th. The company is operating an emergency production system to handle surging orders.

SolGent has signed a contract with China for supplying 400,000 people amount of COVID-19 testing kits on 5th and with U.S., and Latin America partners for supplying diagnostic reagents up to 210,000 people on 6th. In addition, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and several Europe countries such as Italy, England and Germany is undergoing promising negotiation. Italy is expected to be in high demand as the number of COVID-19 confirmed in third after China and South Korea.
