EDGC Healthcare, an affiliate of EDGC in In-Vitro medical devices has signed a supply contract with Kazakhstan company. It is pushing for more contracts with North America and Latin America partners, supported by EDGC, Inc. and Diagnomics, associated company of EDGC to meet with increasing demands.

“SolGent has about 40 types of diagnostic reagents made of self-developed core raw materials and many of them have obtained European Certification.” said You Jae-hyung, CEO of SolGent. “Based on the technologies and know-how we have, we were able to develo two COVID-19 diagnostic reagents in a short period of time and were approved for emergency use by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on 27th. Two products also acquired European Certification on 28th.” he added. “Our own RNA amplification technology, accumulated experience in making MERS and several other diagnostic kits have definately contributed to the fast production of COVID-19 testing kits.”
